Flash templates are made by designers and artists outside our organisation. Exciting Flash web sites give you a truly professional look. HOWEVER, they can take quite a long time to load which can instantly throw the visitor to the Back button and/or to search somewhere else. Often these sites are harder for the search engines to categorize. Another negative is that there may be someone else on the web using the same template so their site may look similar to yours (if you don’t have exclusive ownership). But, don't forget, there are millions and millions of websites and the chances of someone seeing two similar ones is slim indeed.
